Uninstall Workflow Manager silently

Use the msiexec.exe command to silently uninstall ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server.

Open a command prompt.
Run the following command to uninstall Workflow Manager Server:
```
msiexec /x {A5C18498-DEF3-44DD-8DE6-8E6C1653CC66} /qb
```
